Nurse Associates
Nurse Associates help bridge the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Practice Nurses. They deal with dressings and chronic disease management.

SHARNA MORRAY-BALL
Healthcare Assistants
Healthcare Assistants support the Practice Nurses by carrying out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood) and Blood Pressure measurements. The also assist with the clinical administration duties and can act as a chaperone when a clinician or patient requests one. The team consists of Sharna, Sam, Ruth and Carol.

Reception
This team will deal with all your front of house requests including call handling, manning the front desk, managing appointments and online requests. Jayne (Reception Team Lead), Sallie (Reception Deputy Team Lead), Emma (Reception Deputy Team Lead), Mo, Lisa, Kayleigh, Natasha, Tasha, Rachel, Emily, Callie.
Administration
This team will deal with all your prescription requests, secretarial needs including referrals, managing incoming and outgoing postal and electronic mail – Suzanne (Secretary & Admin Team Lead), Angela (Secretary & Admin Deputy Team Lead), Katie, Jayne, Shenade, Paige, Tracey, Deb, Rachel.
Practice Management
The practice manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice. The receptionists arrange appointments and home visits, handle repeat prescriptions and advise on the services available.

Physiotherapist
Physiotherapists see our patients who are struggling with musculoskeletal problems. They can administer joint injections and are able to give advice on exercises that can help alleviate symptoms.

Social Prescribers help patients with their social needs; such as finances, housing and benefits. They will speak to patients who are lonely, are socially isolated and need help with self-care.
Mental Health Practitioner
The Practice Mental Health Practitioner will support our adult patients with their mental health needs for anxiety and depression.
