The Telford & Wrekin’s Special Allocation Scheme for violent and aggressive patients is based at our Practice. Sadly, in the past there have been incidents where chairs have been thrown and members of staff and visiting patients abused by patients on the scheme. Since the door policy was introduced, there have been no incidents of violence or vandalism. When you arrive, you will need to use the intercom through to reception. Based on patient feedback we will only ask for your name before giving you entry.
