Please note: Repeat Prescriptions take at least 72 hours to complete
There are THREE ways to order a repeat prescription:
- Telephone "Prescription Ordering Direct": Ring 01952 580350 Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
- In Writing: Ticking the items required on your repeat slip, or completing a slip in reception, and dropping this in the red prescription box also in reception. Alternatively you can send it with a stamped self addressed envelope and we can post the prescription back to you.
- Online: Order online by visiting https://www.patientaccess.com/ (please note, this service is not available for patients under 16 years old. If you are accessing this for the first time, you will need to be registered with this service click here for details)
In order to process the large amount of requests each day please note that 72 hours notice is required for repeat prescription requests, so please do not wait until you have run out of your medication before you request it. Prescriptions put in the box after 3pm will not be processed until the next working day.
As such, Prescription times are as follows:
PUT IN (before 3pm) PRESCRIPTION READY
We do not take repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
Submitting a repeat prescription early
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered up to 7 days in advance. If you need to order a repeat prescription early, please give a reason i.e. going on holiday. Not doing so may delay your prescription or it may be rejected.
